Excellent service! The owner will take care of you personally. Food was great! My husband had the caldo de Birria. The bowl had a lot of meat. The soup was very flavorful. I ordered the nopales con huevos. It came with rice and beans and hand made tortillas. Sorry, no pictures. We could not wait to dog into our food. Very popular place among locals!

Authentic Mexican food! Good prices and all quality ingredients. I like a dish called machaca con huevo. It's a great steak and egg breakfast dish. Very hard to find. They get it just right with a delicious salsa and aguas frescas.

Truly amazing Mexican food! Great menu, flavors and authentic vibe. The homemade tortillas were so good! Think and never cracked under the taco pressure! I loved the michelada beverage. I think the atmosphere could use a bit of help. For 1, there was no music. It was kind of awkward how quiet it was. It also seemed like the interior could use some fresh paint and decor.

This place is the bomb. I came here during covid 19 pandemic and they're still open with limited hours. I ordered their carne asada tacos for $7.95 but it was worth every savory bite. They cook it like no other. I'm coming back here for more when I'm back in the neighborhood or will be driving a little extra far for that tacos.

I was staying in the Mission on my last visit to SF and wanted to grab a quick bite before my flight. I craved a Mexican hot chocolate and some authentic Mex and La Quinta came up on my Yelp search! I ordered a veggie burrito to go so I could eat half on the plane and it was a really good snd not too heavy and messy like some burritos can get. The hot choc was nice, I would've preferred it a bit spicy though. My cousin ordered a breakfast plate and hot choc. It was a quiet morning and I noticed the lovely lady taking our order was stirring some house made sangria when we walked in which I would've tried had it been later in the afternoon! Great place for a quick bite and drink any time of the day.
